Sufian Sharaf joined Rawabi Holding in August 2006 as Group Legal Counselor reporting directly to the Group President & CEO. His legal services include providing legal consultation to Rawabi Holding, drafting, reviewing and negotiating internal and external agreements and contracts, liaising with external legal advisors of litigation or any other legal service providers, revising contractual documents of international banking facility agreements, and reviewing HR policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with the local labor law.

Prior to joining Rawabi Holding, Sharaf worked as: Legal Counselor to a leading civil works company as well as an insurance firm in Saudi Arabia; Legal Researcher in the Insurance Commission, Teacher & Research Assistant, Faculty of Graduate Studies, University of Jordan and a Legal Practitioner/ Partner in a Law Firm in Jordan.

Sharaf holds a Bachelor Degree in law/ LL.B., from the Faculty of Law, AlAhliyya Amman University, Jordan and an MA degree in law/ LL.M., from the University of Jordan. He has received extensive training in the field of legal consultation, management, international trade, and insurance. He is a member of the Jordanian Bar Association since 1996, Al-Shari's lawyer's committee, Amman, Jordan since 1997, and the Jordanian Environmental Association since 2008.
