Mohammed Zaheeruddin joined Rawabi Holding in 2007 to build the internal audit team bringing more than 15 years of experience in the field of Internal Auditing, Industrial Projects Analysis, and Accounting and Finance in leading organizations in Saudi Arabia and India.

 

Today, Zaheeruddine's prime responsibility is to ensure that Rawabi Group's internal control system is operating efficiently; funds are spent legally, wisely, and for the purposes intended. He is the Management Representative for Rawabi Holding's Quality Management System, based on the ISO 9001:2008 and the organization's business systems. Zaheeruddin is an active member in Rawabi Holding's Implementation Management Office (IMO) and the Oracle implementation steering committee.

 

Zaheeruddin holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA with a concentration on Finance from a reputed University in India. He is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from IIA-USA (Institute of Internal Auditors) and an associate member of IIA, ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) and ISACA (an international professional association that deals with IT Governance.
