Mario Foster joined Rawabi Holding in June 2010 as Group IT Manager with the primary goal of fully restructuring the IT Organization for the entire Group, and setting strategic plans to take the Group IT Department to the next level. After only 14 months, Foster succeeded in building a responsive IT Organization that constantly delivers results by aligning technology initiatives with business goals, with substantial improvement to service delivery, standardization, and business / systems performance.

Prior to joining Rawabi Holding, Mario held senior management and consulting roles in several International and MENA organizations such as Empire Life, Riyad Bank, Microsoft Canada, and RSA Security/USA, where he gained over 19 years of solid hands-on and strategic planning experience across a variety of industries including IT professional services, financial institutions/banking, insurance, government, and telecommunications. In the last 8 years, Foster has specialized in Information Security; he holds several certifications in this filed such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, and "RSA SecurID & PKI" Certified.

Foster holds a BSc in Computer Science and an MBA (Honors) in Management of Technology from Canada. He is an active member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), and several other international IT organizations.
