Mr. Mohamed Yusof Rafie is an accomplished corporate management executive, having retired from Saudi Aramco after more than 38 years of service. With a Bachelors of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Cairo University and completion of a Management Development Program in Georgetown University and an Executive Development Program in Cornell University, Mr. Rafie is currently Vice Chairman, Industrialization & Energy Services Company (TAQA), Chairman of the Board, Arabian Drilling Company (ADC) and Chairman of the Board, Gabas Albilad Holding Co.
